Delivery Once payment is received by ARHA, the Buyer will receive a signed copy of the Contract. The Stallion Owner/Agent will also receive a copy of the Contract. The Buyer may then make arrangements with the Stallion Owner/Stallion Breeding Manager to breed the mare.

Terms of Sale You are bidding for one (1) 2016 breeding contract donated to ARHA by the stallion owner/agent for the 2016 ARHA Stallion Auction. Enrolled stallions to be sold to the highest bidder.The 2016 ARHA breeding contract is transferable to the mare owner who is the winning bidder and purchases the ARHA stallion service. A live foal is guaranteed only to the extent of one return breeding the following year of the same mare or a substitute mare and then only by the initial owner of the contract.The mare owner/buyer will be purchasing the 2016 breeding service of the stallion specified. The mare owner/buyer will be responsible to pay any and all charges/fees related to the execution of this contract, including, but not limited to: vet bills, mare care, chute fees, booking fees, semen shipping fees and other expenses related to the breeding of the mare.ARHA is not responsible for any costs, expenses and/or charges related to execution of breeding contract by the breeding facility if not shown in this contract. ARHA’s involvement in and responsibility for the 2016 ARHA Stallion Auction terminates upon transfer of the contract to the mare owner/bidder.The mare owner, by participating in ARHA program, does understand, agree and accept that ARHA members, officers and representatives are not liable for death, sickness and/or accidental injury including consequential damages to the mare, foal or the mare owner during participation in this breeding program caused by either negligent or intentional acts of any party to the contract.ARHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, extend deadlines, or otherwise modify the rules as necessary to deal with unforeseen circumstances which arise.
